Through this program, you will learn how to eat healthier yet enjoy the food you love, and enhance your life, work/ school performance and relationship with people. Past clients have been able to lose 5-15 pounds and become genuinely happier people and are now able to have the physical, mental and emotional energy to create their best life.

3. Action plan/ material every week
    (For example Mindset work & science-based nutrition information)

    (Depends on your progress, it might not need to be 3 months)
