5. What can I do if this page did not answer any of my concerns and question?

1. Who is suitable for the 90 days health programme?

No matter your age, gender, weight, or lifestyle. If you wanna change, we will discuss a suitable plan for you and reach the goal together.
Happily improve your weight by learning the correct concept of a healthy lifestyle.

2. Can I join if I do not live in Hong Kong?

BELIEVE YOURSELF, NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE!

Willing to change, being open-minded and getting coached by me are the key to transformation. Some transformations cannot be measured by number, e.g. more energy and sleep better.
I had helped more than 10 people. Everyone has different results and transformations. Some people may take weeks or months, It depends on how committed you are and how much you want to change. In my program, I promised you will learn and grow. The most important thing is “We do not complain and we do not fail.”

3. If I join this program, is there any guarantee?

4. Can the program be longer/ shorter?

The minimum is 3 months because I believe 21 days to develop a habit; 90 days to become a habit.

The length can be adjusted when we are on the discovery calls. After 3 months, you can always extend the date we work together.
